Brilliant app that efficiently solved a key part of my shop’s delivery operations. The team quickly resolved an urgent issue through clear and professional communication. It’s much easier to use than other apps I’ve tried, with lots of useful custom options. They even helped with the setup and completed the necessary adjustments for my store. Excellent service and a very capable team. Definitely recommended.

Excellent app! Devesha has been super responsive and helpful. I use DS Delivery Date-Time to manage bike deliveries to our stores — the integrated map and metaobject features work perfectly. Highly recommended!

This app is not only simple to use, but the customer service is by far the best i have experienced from all the apps that i have used so far. For a typical app, i would need to adjust my workflow to fit into the app’s cookie cutter settings, however, because the app support for this is so top notch, they will help me to adjust the code for my site based on my needs, making it easier to let my business run the way i envision it to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you DS Team!

This app is great and does everything we wanted - perfectly! There was one functionality that we needed, that was not in the app and the amazing support team built it in. As I said, the app is great, but the support team is INCREDIBLE. They instantly reply to every request or problem, patiently helping you, step-by-step, to set everything up. This is the 2nd app I have installed from DS and I am just amazed at the level of customer service.

A supremely useful app. We mainly use the scheduler feature but it's essential for our shop. This group has easily some of the very best customer support as well, so if you have questions or any issues you can expect personable, considerate and thorough support pretty much any time of day.
