Il y a eu un petit bug qu'ils ont réglé très rapidement suite au signalement. Outre ce petit pépin, l'application fonctionne bien, elle est intuitive et stable.

This app solved a major issue for me, especially with flat rate shipping which Shopify doesn’t handle well. Their customer service is outstanding—twice they responded instantly while I was setting everything up. Great app at a very fair price!

I need different shipping rates from my store location, this app has amazing feature to setup the rates from various distance, Smit and entier team is always stand by at anytime for support. Amazing experience with team and app, it's really recommended!

They solved a huge problem for me, as Shopify has no good way to handle flat rate shipping. And their customer service has been top tier, twice answering me immediately for help as I was getting everything set up. Highly recommended.

What I like most is the ability to use multiple conditions for shipping. We now calculate rates by weight, quantity and vendor without double charging.

This app is amazing, I have been searching for an app that meets my business requirements as I have a complex shipping rules - none of the expensive app can support, but this app is genius. At a very high level, I want to charge shipping rate based on several inputs, such as specific product tags, post code, product qty (not cart qty), product value (not cart value), insurance rate and express rate. The support team is very responsive, and they deserved a full 5 star rating review. ***Edit #1: I've asked for the clone feature to help with initial setup, and within 15 minutes it was made available and working perfectly, what an amazing team to work with. ***Edit#2: Added Export/Import feature for Back-up/Restore purposes.

Our shipping rules are a bit convoluted, and I was unable to figure out how to make it work myself. However, their team is SUPER responsive, and ended up doing pretty much everything for me. This will save a significant amount of time in custom invoicing and awkward calls to customers when vanilla Shopify shipping doesn't combine our rates as intended. Highly recommended!
