The pannel setting is freezing. Don't works and i don't have options to contact support.

I keep trying to edit the setting i get the below error , i sent so many times on email support, no one ever got back to me "We encountered an error when trying to load your application and your page could not be served. Check the logs for your application in the App Platform dashboard." i am uninstalling the app and i don't recommend it to anyone noting the lack of responsiveness and how buggy the app is! When it was installed, it didn't load all the product list to pick from to add the widget to.

Okay I love it! and yes I didn't ignore your message. This app is amazing especially considering that it's free, visually everything looks really nice of website. There are some improvements possible & I would even be willing to pay like $4.49 per month or $49 per year if it had all those improvements / features. one would be to make it easy for users to select the products & also be able to select complete collection. It's kinda a struggle to select products if you have a lot of products in your store. It's still a 5/5 for me! gets the job done but with just a bit of struggle. Everyone should try this one.
