Dear user, Thank you for posting a review. I want to say that we have already resolved many of the issues of our users within hours if they are contacting us through email. I received your email on 15th May also, but you have not explained your issue in detail in that email. I asked you to allow me to check it from your admin, but in return you said by replying email that you have deleted the app. Let me know if you still want to get my help to complete your duplicates related tasks then please contact us through email. WebAppsLive ‑ Duplicate Finder has an outstanding team with excellent customer service. Raman and the team truly went the extra mile to support me, ensuring all duplicate SKUs and discontinued items were successfully deleted. I wish I had people like them in my own team! Highly recommended—go for it without any hesitation.
Absolute Life Saver ! Saved me hours, the only possible thing that could have made it that slight bit better would be the option to view/delete duplicate skus with a certain status, draft in my case. i did have some purposefull duplicate skus (with an active status) but had to change them before running rule 9 ! still 5 stars even without !
completely buggy app, not useful at all if you click any button its loading the dashboard again
Hello HIBAJABER, You need to sync data on app backend before using the tools of app. You are redirecting back to dashboard because you have not synced data on app. If you want to get correct results then open app and then first of all go to sync page and complete sync process, after that go to any duplicate finder page and you will get correct results.
