We’re truly sorry for the trouble caused. The earlier version of our app only checked for duplicate images without detecting whether an image was linked to a variant. We understand this caused problems, and the issue has already been fixed in the latest version. We’ve also tried reaching out to you — we’d love to help make sure everything is restored properly. Useful app. It works well at detecting and removing duplicate images of the same size. However, it doesn’t seem to scan or compare images of different sizes. For context, we’ve recently upgraded all our product images from 1000px to 2000px, so we now have a lot of old images we need to clear out. This app has done a good job of picking up images that are the same size and are a duplicate, which is great. It's almost there. The email notification is currently sent from a @gmail.com email address which isn't the most professional looking. Maybe tie in your domain OptimizeHub instead so it looks legitimate.
Hi Chemical Guys, Thanks for your feedback! Our app does normalize images to the same dimensions before comparing, so most duplicates can be caught. In cases where resolution differences are large (e.g., 1000px vs 2000px), some may be missed — we’re improving this to handle resized images better. Also, we’ll soon switch email notifications to our OptimizeHub domain for a more professional look. We really appreciate your suggestions!

very helpful support team they helped me delete 30,000 duplicates. the app works very well and saved me from hiring people to do this for me
