Honestly installed this just for the AI chatbot part. My store gets a lot of traffic from older customers who aren't great with typing and I was losing them at the product selection stage. A friend mentioned Dux had voice support so I figured why not. The voice assistant works way better than I expected. Customers can literally speak their questions and the agent guides them to the right product and adds it to cart.
