The pricing model was extremely unclear to me. I downloaded this to test it and see if it would fit our business. They specify that the app is free for less than 200 orders, but then charged us $999 despite us never actually enabling the app and getting zero value out of it. We reached out to support, and they began playing games, first insisting that they don't refund, and then claiming that they had to speak to their "CFO" and "Accountant." Their last message they said they would get back to us the next day, and we never heard from them again. Bottom line, support experience was abysmal, and getting charged $1k without even ever using the app left us feeling like this was just an awful all around bad choice.

The coolest part about this app is how it handles traffic. It’s not just blindly changing numbers; it actually monitors which price point is performing best and then pushes the traffic there. I used to spend hours A/B testing prices manually, but now I just let the AI find the winner. It’s honestly been a massive weight off my shoulders knowing the store is always optimized for the most sales possible without me touching it.

I’ve been using DynamicPricing AI for a while now and it’s been great. It lets me test different prices really easily, which is something I couldn’t find in any of the other 6 apps I tried. The functionality is genuinely useful if you want to understand how pricing impacts sales in real time. What really stood out, though, was the support. I needed a custom feature that wasn’t in the app, and Veselin built it for me in under a week. That kind of responsiveness is rare. Overall, this app just does what it says. It works, it’s flexible, and the support is excellent. Definitely recommend it if you want to experiment with pricing without a lot of hassle.

Since installing the app, we've transformed our pricing approach. We mainly use the plug-and-play rules for sales velocity to optimize margins and price test discounts or higher prices. The support was extremely helpful in the setup process and especially Mik, who helped us with a small customization.
