In practice, it's a completely non-working app, just a waste of time — two days of back-and-forth with support, all for nothing, very annoying generic replies with no substance, zero specifics, they couldn't even set up the basic rules

Over the past three days, our team responded daily with highly specific guidance tailored to your store including direct links to your collection view and Dynasort panel but unfortunately haven't received a reply. The issue we identified is that your theme is overriding Shopify's manual sort order by defaulting to "best selling." This is a theme-level setting that bypasses the order set in Shopify admin and it affects every collection management app that uses the Shopify API, not just Dynasort. It's not a limitation of the app; it's a fixable configuration in your theme. We'd still love to resolve this for you. A quick 15-minute screen share is all it would take. The way this team works is so impressive. We have a variety of complex functionalities and they built so many tailor made solutions that work seamlessly. We have used a variety of tools (Algolia, Boost, Sort'd, Fast Simon) and this app has been the only solution that can handle what we do. Fashion with as many SKUs as we have is so difficult and I am continually impressed by this App and this team. I can't recommend enough.

This app is a time saver since I no longer having to manually sort my collections based on highest quantity on hand to lowest each time something sells. Wade is super quick to answer any questions I have, which is rare for Shopify apps. 1000% recommend this app!

Takes a bit of time to understand the logic of the scoring, but it can be really powerful once you get the hang of it. The support from Wade has been stellar - fast, proactive, flexible and immediately understands the issue before implementing a fix.

I have been using this app for about a year and it is one of my favourites. It is easy to use and not only keeps my website well organised and tidy by moving all my out of stock products to the bottom of the collections, it also helps with SEO as a well sorted collection page means more user engagement. I was previously trying to do this manually so it saves me hours of time each week. The app allows you to write you own "recipes"/algorithms for sorting products in collections and it is flexible enough to cover all bases which can be especially tricky as a business moves through seasonalities and new items come in to replace last seasons big sellers. The support is second to none. I have had one single issue in the year I have used the app and Wade stepped in and fixed the issue for me within minutes of reporting it. I would highly recommend trying this app. I believe there is still a free trial or free plan which allows you to test your biggest collection to see how you go. I couldn't do without it now!
