Shrike review for DynoWeb Popup, Heatmap, Replay

Dynoweb has been a great addition to our store. The heatmaps and session replays gave us a clear picture of how visitors were actually behaving, where they were getting stuck, what they were ignoring, and where they dropped off before checking out. What stood out most was the AI-driven recommendations. Instead of just handing us raw data, it pointed to specific, prioritized fixes we could act on right away. We used a few of these suggestions and noticed a real improvement in engagement on key pages. Setup was quick and the dashboard is easy to navigate, even for someone without a deep analytics background. Support has also been responsive when we had questions. Overall, it's replaced a couple of separate tools we were using and given us more actionable insight in one place. Recommended for any store looking to actually understand and improve their conversion funnel.
