We have had a great experience using Dyrect warranty app to register products and manage our warranty records. Before this platform our warranty registration and claim management used to be scattered across emails and spreadsheets. Now with Dyrect everything is in single dashboard. Plus, the Shopify coupon integration has been a useful addition for driving registrations and repeat purchases. support team was also responsive and helped us throughout implementation.

Great app and works smoothly. The setup was simple and the warranty registration process is easy for customers. I like that it connects well with my Shopify store and helps us manage warranty data without extra effort. The support team was helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. This is exactly what we were looking for in terms of having a professional platform for a good price for customers to claim their warranty. It's really easy to set up, great to keep track of all customers on the backend, and no extra work is necessary for automated emails to go out once a customer registers their warranty. Really appreciate the Dyrect team setting up time with us to help with all the questions we had.
