We register several thousand warranties a month across offline, Shopify and marketplace orders, all automated through Dyrect's API. Registration, approval, certificates and claims all work programmatically, which is why we picked it. Repair and shipment tracking made the claims side properly usable. Main gaps: no API to edit or delete shipments and work orders, and one unannounced form change broke our integration. Support is responsive. Solid if you want warranty handled as a system rather than manually.

We use this for Warranty and Free Gift submissions. On the backend, we can also make any necessary changes or modifications to ensure proper alignment. The support team is very collaborative and friendly. Even if it is outside their scheduled hours, someone is still willing to assist when needed. Hats off to everyone for the great teamwork!!!
