Estbdal is great! so easy to integrate and easy to work with and understand. save a huge amount of time and effort to our customer service team and helped reduce the returns requests in our brand with other options like exchange and gift cards.

As operations manager , returns and exchanges used to be one of the biggest headaches for us. Since using this app, the process has been way easier to manage. Customers can initiate returns without constantly emailing us, and I can track everything in one dashboard instead of juggling spreadsheets and messages., Overall, though, it’s definitely reduced stress for my team and made returns less of a burden.
