As operations manager , returns and exchanges used to be one of the biggest headaches for us. Since using this app, the process has been way easier to manage. Customers can initiate returns without constantly emailing us, and I can track everything in one dashboard instead of juggling spreadsheets and messages., Overall, though, it’s definitely reduced stress for my team and made returns less of a burden. It’s something I’d recommend to other businesses who want to streamline this part of their operations.
