Really happy with the support from the EA Sticky Cart team. We ran into an issue with the rewards/free gift functionality randomly removing items from the cart, and Arbaz was super quick to jump in and investigate it for us. Communication was fast, clear and helpful throughout the whole process. They tested the setup directly in our store, identified the issue quickly, and had everything resolved within the same day.
