we added Ease Commerce to centralise our Shopify store with the other channels we sell on, and overall it's done exactly that — orders, inventory, shipping and returns in one dashboard instead of juggling tabs. The onboarding team helped us connect the store, map our products and set up shipping rules without much friction. The sync has been reliable and support has been quick whenever we've raised something. Knocking off half a star only because the dashboard has a slight learning curve at first — once you're past that it's smooth. Worth it for Shopify merchants who also sell on marketplaces and want one source of truth
We run our own Shopify store plus sell on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, and stock used to drift between them constantly — we'd sell something on Shopify that was already gone on a marketplace. Ease Commerce solved that. Inventory now syncs both ways in near real-time, so one pool of stock updates everywhere. Orders from our Shopify store flow straight into the same dashboard as our marketplace orders, and fulfilment, labels and tracking are all handled in one place. Setup took a bit of mapping work upfront but it's been steady since. If you're a D2C brand selling on Shopify AND marketplaces, this is the missing piece that stops overselling. Highly recommend.
