I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome.
