Easify Inventory Sync
The Easify Inventory Sync app for Shopify has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from users. Positive aspects highlighted in the reviews include excellent customer service, prompt and helpful support team, ease of use, and the app's ability to help with inventory management, especially for products with multiple variants. Users appreciated the quick responses from the support team and the guidance provided in setting up the app. On the other hand, negative aspects mentioned in the reviews include issues with app functionality, such as manual input requirements for inventory syncing, software updates causing inventory sync problems, and instances of poor communication and slow support responses leading to disruptions in inventory management and sales.
We recently installed Easify Inventory Sync app for our Shopify store. We had a few complex customization needs at the start, but the customer support team went above and beyond to help us get everything working perfectly. They are incredibly prompt, helpful, and responsive. Easily some of the best support I've ever experienced from an app developer!
i downloaded this app to launch a new store, with some linked inventory, but then the app was not working properly so decided to delete it, as sson as i deleted app the source store and destination store both got completely messed up. all inventory level for connected products in both stores is either zero or even negative, now i have to adjust and check inventoty update all my 2000+ products. this app should be banned
Dear, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and can completely understand how alarming it must be to see inventory levels unexpectedly changed across so many products. Managing over 2,000 products is no small task, and we understand why this situation would be incredibly frustrating. That said, after carefully reviewing the history of your store, we noticed that the app was initially installed on May 24 and then uninstalled on 7 June and reinstalled on June 10. We also found that the inventory group was configured as a Single Sync after reinstalling setup rather than a Multi Sync setup. Based on our investigation, uninstalling the app itself would not cause inventory levels across connected products to become zero or negative. Given the installation history and the synchronization configuration that was in place, it appears that the inventory setup may not have been configured in the way you intended, which could explain the unexpected results you encountered. We completely understand that, from your perspective, the issue appeared immediately after removing the app, and we don't want to dismiss your concerns. However, we would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to investigate the situation with you before such a conclusion was reached. Our team is always happy to review configurations, explain how the sync logic works, and help prevent situations like this. Most importantly, we're not interested in debating what happened, we'd much rather help fix it. If you're willing to reach out to us, our team would be glad to review your store configuration in detail and see whether we can assist with restoring or re-syncing inventory to save you from manually updating thousands of products. We sincerely regret the frustration this has caused and hope you'll give us the opportunity to help make things right. Easify Support Team
