EassyForm is a Shopify App that allows merchants to build and embed multi-step forms with analytics. It helps in capturing leads and growing the store by creating forms for various purposes such as contact requests, wholesale inquiries, custom orders, registrations, and lead capture. Merchants can build forms with 19+ field types, utilize features like file upload, dropdowns, ratings, checkboxes, and conditional logic, and embed forms using different methods like app blocks, Liquid, iFrame, or script embed.
