Installed it, chose the monthly subscription and it won't go back to the page to optimize image, just stuck at the page to choose alt text and check report and subscription. There's no movement nothing. Pls refund! Update: Thanks for your reply, I think you are not understanding what I was trying to say. After upgrading, the page is stuck where it shows report and subscription. I wish I had taken a screenshot, there is no template page, nothing to fix what I want the alt text to be. I get it that it's not manual but surely there's a page where I can choose the formula of the alt text and to see its progress as updating etc. Instead I just see the plan, a report page at 0. I've uninstalled the app.
Hey Thank you for your review. Since you have subscribed to our paid plan, you do not need to optimize Alt text manually. Our app takes care of everything. What you just have to do is choose your Alt Text Template, See the report every 24 hours, and Manage your subscription. The rest of our app is taken care of automatically. After a store rebrand, I needed an app that would change just my product images alt text and also an app that didn't cost an unreasonable amount. I found this Easy Alt Text App and I'm glad I did! It's incredibly fast and incredibly easy to use. Hundreds of image alt text have been correctly changed in a second. Amazing app at an amazing price.
