Support very slow and no action after 15 days. Found 2 big issue on app No correct display of image on left corner template and no show message of correct e-mail input.

Support email doesn't work. There is no response to chats. Inadequate documentation. Poor customer experience! ---- Update - I found out the publisher of this app and wrote to them. The founder took it personally upon him and got the issue resolved. He was extremely professional in his approach. Changing my review from 1 star to 5-stars for that. ---- Update after another 20 days - Suddenly the app stops working and our customers see 'Lorem ipsum' content on it. The image, the social media handles are all gone and are replaced by YT videos of coldplay on it. On complaining, customer care texts a smiling emoji and says that the developer is out on vacation and there's not much that can be done! My god.. I cant just tell you how bad this experience has been.

Had a great time working with Mark! He gets back to me super fast and always offer helpful support. The theme? Super easy to use and I can tweak it just how I like. Plus, it can integrate with Klaviyo which is pretty cool. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

bad app this app will damage your store and make shop shutdown even shopify support cant find the issue. this app will install custom codes and snipsets to your main theme file. i remove all code manually to bring my store live. we lost one hour of business at our launch date. becareful if you use this
Hey, I'm sad to hear that you had this kind of experience, it seems that you didn't followed our instructions to uninstall our app correctly. We need to insert our code to your theme so the coming soon page will be displayed without inserting any code it'll not work. We have thousands of users that didn't have this issue, as the followed our uninstall instructions, and even if some had issues we're always available on our chat support or email to help you with that.
