Excellent app and outstanding support! We’ve tried several invoicing apps, but Softify has been the only one that truly solved all our challenges with running a multi-language and multi-currency Shopify store. It allows us to create specific templates for each language and currency, and customize them with the country-specific information required for our international markets. Since we sell across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia, this flexibility is key to keeping our exports smooth and avoiding delays. On top of that, their support team helped us configure a custom .CSV file with the exact columns needed for our accounting team — in less than 24 hours! That was a huge help to keep all our data well-organized and consistent. Highly recommended for anyone managing international sales on Shopify.
