Excellent app and outstanding support! We’ve tried several invoicing apps, but Softify has been the only one that truly solved all our challenges with running a multi-language and multi-currency Shopify store. It allows us to create specific templates for each language and currency, and customize them with the country-specific information required for our international markets. Since we sell across Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia, this flexibility is key to keeping our exports smooth and avoiding delays. On top of that, their support team helped us configure a custom .CSV file with the exact columns needed for our accounting team — in less than 24 hours! That was a huge help to keep all our data well-organized and consistent. Highly recommended for anyone managing international sales on Shopify.

I just started using this invoice app, and I’m already really happy with it. The response from the support team is super fast, and the customization options work exactly the way I need them to. It’s made my work so much easier even after just a few uses. Excited to keep using it!

Although the app is a bit limited for manual invoices, it's perfect for webshop invoices. Their team is highly recommended, they do everything they can to tailor the app to your needs. Highly recommended!

Invoice templates are sharp and professional, LOVE being able to send the PDF version to wholesale customers right from the order page AND they can access from their account if logged into Shopify. Customer support is top notch and timely. Highly recommend if trying to add the wholesale management to your platform basic Shopify plan.

I tried at least 5 apps and nobody was able to help me except Softify. I had a delicate problem with language translations of items in invoice and Anthony from Softify helped me with it. Thanks a lot. Great work.

Brilliant app, it allows us to automatically send out invoices to our wholesale and retail clients while including the barcode within. The team are super sharp and quick to assist with any custom changes as well. Thank you for the stellar app!

Really easy to set up and work well with B2B Shopify. The team are great in getting back to enquiries and always follow up! Price is very reasonable - we used other apps before and none compare to Softify. Platform is straight forward. THANK YOU!

Great app that integrates smoothly with Shopify. The app has a wide range of options and adjustment possibilities. The support and customer service is excellent – fast, competent and friendly. This would deserve an extra sixth star. Highly recommended.

We have worked with Softify and they have been amazing in accommodating some extra requirements for invoices/credit notes to bring in additional information that is custom into invoices. The support team have been great and prompt with responses and solutions

Easy Invoice technical support helped me set up what I wanted quickly. I recommend this invoicing application which allows you to generate correct invoices.

Haven't used it yet that much, since our website is not online yet. But the support is amazing! The follow-up is insane. Highly recommend them for that.

Easy setup and GREAT support from the Softify team when it came to small template amendments. Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
