Tarka, the tech agent was very helpful and respectful. It appears that my issue was caused by code issues that are going to be immediately addressed. Great app if I ever get smart enough to run it. Great job.

We faced a few UI issues initially. The support team responded promptly and provided a custom CSS fix, which resolved the issue after testing.
