The app setup is easy DIY, but the support for the app is top notch. The developer is very hands on and looks to help make the app work the best it can for your needs. We needed some things tweaked and he made the edits necessary for our particular use case. We enjoy working with them and their team and look forward to future apps they develop for shopify that we can use for our store.
