We used this app to create a custom report. We needed to add data fields to a report that was create by a third party app. Emailed support, quick, timely response, and it was done! Best Shopify App support ever! 100% recommend.

Really love this app, currently using it as the backbone of our order management system. Super useful especially when you have a huge catalog of products. Amazing customer support as well - they even added a new attribute to the reports to fit our needs.

I've just signed up but am definitely going forward with a subscription! My shop is fairly small but I wanted a few different automatic monthly reports and am more than happy to pay $5 per month to save me the time it would take me to figure it out on my own. I'm not code-savvy so I don't quite understand what all the variants mean. I got an automatic "hope you like it let us know if you need help" email after purchase and wrote back that it's great so far, but I'd love to be able to figure out how to do a category summary report. Within a day a real live person had CREATED THE REPORT TEMPLATE FOR ME and showed me a little of how it works!!! That's amazing. In this day of dealing with chat bots and simply not expecting customer service to even exist - it just made my day. Thank you Juan Manuel Garcia. You are an angel.

I used this app because of its compatibility with Infinite Options by ShopPad (Another great App) but it not only does whats required with that app, the other abilities of the reporting is great. The support received when setting up and creating the 1st templates was very quick and allowed me to get this going without much delay Very happy

About exporting datas, Easy Reports app is the best. Very comfortable to export datas, user friendly UI, easy to handle and kind CS support team. (only thing i feel little hesitation is Pricing plan for Shopify plus. Other plans are really tolerable.)

I have to say - after two interactions with Easy Reports - this app, and the support team, are amazing. The app provides the functionality that it advertises, and the support team really goes above and beyond in terms of answering questions, and even helping prepare some of the reports I needed but couldn't figure out. Thank you Easy Reports :)

You requested a guideline on how to add a formula and we just added it :-) Please login into your Easy reports account and go to the Support Centre tab (https://easyreports.devcloudsoftware.com/#help) There you'll see an item called "How can I add a Formula to my report template?" Please let me know if you are able to build the formula you need on Easy Reports! Basically any formula supported by your spreadsheet software must work. UPDATE: We've created a report template on your account called "Demostracion formula". Please click on "export" and download the report. On your spreadsheet software you should see the calculation. Thanks!

The reporting is intuitive and easy to use. Essentially, I create a report that I'd like to run under my templates tab in the app's admin area. There's another tab to schedule the report. This is where the report can be configured to automatically run at specific times of the day. For example, run a sales report that gets emailed to me every Monday morning at 7am. The scheduler also allows defining what date range(s) the report should be run for. This means I can create a single report template, say for sales by SKU, then have it run for last week, last month, last year, etc. For my specific purposes, I have these schedules run automatically and save to Google Drive. It's also possible to manually run the reports at anytime or have it emailed. Plenty of options and flexibility with this app. In addition, the level of support I've experienced is hands down the best I've encountered of any Shopify app. Very quick to respond, articulate, and overall, awesome!

Great app for a very low cost. I needed to tap into detailed reports and this allows me to do it. Impressed by a very responsive team. Had a small issue with a report and the developers responded quickly and resolved the issue immediately. Well worth it.

This app really is an easy way to get reports! You can set it up to send automated reports each day or each week, and customize what info you want on them. The support team is super helpful, which is the best part. They've responded to every question I asked within just a few hours (even on weekends) and have fixed everything I needed, even adding functionality I requested.

I've been using this app for a few months. Every time I ran into an issue creating a report their team has been there to provide direction and help in creating the reports I need. They are now adding some functionality based on my feedback. This app is a bargain for the functionality it offers.

One of the best apps we have installed. If you're a business owner/manager that needs to crunch data to get a pulse on your business, and you love Excel or Google sheets, then this app is for you! We love the scheduler that sends saved reports to our email and also sends updates to a shared Google Sheet for our staff to see. Wonderfully written and support is great.

Serves all our needs when it comes to exporting orders with filtering, SKUs sold over different time-periods, and more. Support has helped out quickly every time we've had an issue as well.
