Please don't look any further into subscription apps. I cannot rave about Easy Subscriptions enough. gee, where do I start. Their product ticks all our business AND customer needs. But boy are their support team outstanding. My first and only contact was Dan. Emails replied lightening speed despite time difference to OZ. I was informed of every step every step of the way which gave me full confidence and trust to streamlined migration from well known sub app. Such superior customer service! THANK YOU Dan and team. Then there's the behind the scene team, the developers who kept our store looking aligned the way it was prior to migrating over to Easy Subscriptions. To say we were looked after is an understatement. These guys ought to be recognised for their COMPLETE surprise and delight aspects of what they do. Absolutely outstanding product, communication, customer service and support. Looking forward to long term relationship with these people.
