Easy Tagging: Bulk, Auto & AI

Love the interface and the rules, but at the end of the day there are often times when it doesn't trigger when it's supposed to. I use this to push different orders to different 3pls and when it's not reliable there are many issues. Unless they can get reliability up I'm currently looking to find another tag app, but may all tag apps have this issue.

Well, if you need an app to tag anything and everything you require, this is it! I tried A LOT of other apps and this one is by far the most lightweight, intuitive and has by far the most tagging options. The developers have incorporated literally every variable. The preview option is awesome. Thanks for such a great app!

The app seems to be able to accomplish what we need, however the dashboard isn't the most straightforward. I've contact support several times and no response for several days now, and unfort the app is double tagging somethings incorrectly. Will be deleting unless resolved soon.

I have tried a couple of tag applications. This is the one end up using. Pros: 1. easy to use (not the easiest out there, but it's quite easy to figure out) 2. the most powerful. This is the main reason I end up using it. For me, I have a lot of orders already in my store, and I want to do a lot of tags for both the orders and customers. But this is the only application that can get it done. The other ones, just don't have the ability to process all that much data. Or they can process, but it's off the menu and requires extra money. For example, one application asking me to pay extra 2USD for every 1000 tags so he will release the power from his server to get it done. But this application can get it done without any extra cost. 3. fast reply time Cons: 1. the UI is not the best, you can feel that they don't have a designer behind this team.

Does exactly what it says and work very well. You can enable automatic tagging, use bulk tagging or both. The pricing is based on number of tags added like it should be, not on processing quantities like we've seen with other similar apps. We'll use a large plan for bulk edits and move back to a smaller plan for automatic tagging or new orders and customers.

Doest not support tagging customers with a Tag from "locale" value. Not recommended for segmenting customers

So many options makes tagging our orders for packing so much easier as we can tag by international, drop ship, VIP, orders with notes and more

Great app and great support - several times I haves asked for help with a specific tag automation to meet new and unique back end processes and the team have always come back with great suggestions. We use this to manage discounts, stock notifications, customer profile triggers and several other tasks.

The program is confusing, the technical support is good. In my case, the created rules do not work correctly. This is unacceptable for me. There are other applications that are simpler and work correctly according to the rules I have created.

This order tagging is amazing. The Shopify orders screen doesn't allow us to filter by a lot of stuff, such as orders with expedited shipping. With this order tagging, we can auto tag those orders, and then filter by our tag to bulk fulfill our expedited orders. Incredible!! And the support responds in minutes, and was super helpful, we love this app!!!

Great tagging app ! You can tag almost everything you need in Orders, Customers and Products. With cross-channel rules (if X in Orders, then Y in Customers for example). You can add as much levels as needed in your rules. And when stucked in creating a rule, the support is super efficient and quick. All this for a very low price. I tried and used several other apps to tag, and none was able to tag in so many different ways with full adaptive model to my needs. Totally recommended!

Does so much more than the other tagging apps, and for a much better price! Can tag customers, orders, and products all in one - other apps separate these out and charge you for each. I've reached out for help on a couple of occasions, Juan was quick to respond with assistance beyond my expectations. Must have app.
