Absolutely perfect for what I need it. I host small workshops and this fit my needs. I particularly love that you have an option to share inventory across ticket types - could not find any app with that feature. Thank you Easy team!
Really enjoying the app. It's simple enough for me to use for my small workshops. The only issue I have is that I have to manually add the participants and send them the tickets. If it could automatically send them an email with the ticket and record it in the attendees as they purchase, that would be great.
Thank you for your review. This feature is already part of the app and it is being used by all other merchants who use the app. You don't need to add anyone manually - everything is done automatically. If you simply follow the onboarding/checklist, the tickets will be purchasable as a real shopify product and customers will automatically get an email with their ticket. Please send us a support email, so we can get this setup for you. :)
An amazing app that allows you to create events with ease. The digital ticket sent to the email is so professional and this is all so customizable. Definitely worth using especially because it is FREE!
