Anthony helped with our request to move the suggested products block above the items in the cart. The response and completion of the task was done quickly. Very Happy with this app so far! This app also tracks clicks and products that have been sold through the suggestions.

I have a store with about 700 SKUs. I wanted to have an Amazon-like product suggestion feature, so that when a customer is looking at one product, they will be shown some additional products that may compliment that which they are looking at, without taking them away from the sales opportunity at hand. The Easy Suggestions app accomplishes this for me and has really made a difference for my business. I am able to designate individual product suggestions very easily and intuitively, and very soon they will coming out with an improved many-to-many suggestion feature which, via their support, I have been able to take advantage of. This many-to-many matching functionality has been terrific (as has their support). To illustrate, suppose your online store sells shoes, and also vanity shoelaces, badges, polishes, creams, inserts, and all the stuff that a shoe buyer might want or need. In a one-to-one matching system you can match each shoe SKU with each other product SKU, but if you have lots of SKUs this would take forever. But with Easy Suggestions' many-to-many matching functionality you could tell the app that any time a customer is looking at ANY shoe SKU, they will also be shown a small slideshow of other, related SKUs in the same window! This is the as close to the same functionality of a good floor salesperson as you're going to get, and it works. I have tried the competition. Easy Suggestion wins because of its power and simplicity and their very liberal trial period, which really lets you see it in action. It's great: just like what you see on Amazon. I'm a fan!
