The EasyCOD app has received mixed reviews from users. While some customers praise its functionality and customer service, others express disappointment with the lack of transparency in its pricing structure. One user was frustrated by being unexpectedly charged after the app transitioned from a free plan to a paid one without prior notification. This lack of communication led to feelings of being misled and a loss of trust in the app. On the positive side, users appreciate the app's features for Cash on Delivery (COD) and real-time customer support, making it a valuable tool for local stores and businesses.

It was good until it was working well, now am unable to access the app or its dashboard to make any changes.

I am extremely disappointed with the EasyCOD app. When I first installed it, it was completely free, and it worked well for my Shopify store. However, out of nowhere, they started charging for the app without any prior notification or warning. There was no email, no in-app message, or any indication on their website that the free plan was going to end soon. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I only realized I was being charged when I saw the fees on my Shopify bill. It’s frustrating to be blindsided like this, especially when running a small business where every expense matters. The app’s pricing structure was not clearly communicated, and I feel misled by the sudden change. If you’re considering this app, be cautious. the lack of communication and unexpected charges make it difficult to trust. I’ll be looking for an alternative that is more transparent and reliable.
