Ich habe die App falsch bewertet, das ist frustrierend als Geschäftsinhaber, aber trotzdem. Der App gebe ich 5 Sterne, dem Inhaber 1. Er könnte höflicher sein.
Das ist sehr ärgerlich! Doch die App hatte darauf keinen Einfluss. Wir empfehlen dir, dich mit der Hermes Vertragsabteilung in Verbindung setzen um das Problem zu klären.

Haben gerade angefangen diese App zu nutzen und alles funktioniert bisher wie beschrieben und einwandfrei. Extra Bonus gibt es für den super schnellen und kompetenten Email Support!

Für mich eine sehr gute App, nur funktioniert neuerdings das Erstellen vom Versandlabel nicht mehr. Der Fehler ist zum ersten Mal in 1,5 Jahren aufgetreten. Danke für den Support, es funktionierte einen Tag später wieder einwandfrei.
