Been using Easy:Wholesale for over a year and they are rock solid. Initially they did some custom CSS to achieve a very specific feature we were looking for that was not 'out of the box'. A year later, we needed to change that, and Alyona was super helpful and friendly. Had the change within a day of making contact! The only negative I'd say is that I reached out twice via the support form within the app and got no response. Once I sent an email, Alyona was on it and got back to me very quickly!
