The app is working well. I was helped at first via chat. When I couldn't seem to get the hang of what was needed they allowed a phone call with my choice of time and venue. The phone call resolved the issue.

duplicated numerous listings, took listings sold from months ago. It took over 2k when only 370 were active. Support suggest I do more back end work creating IDS or manually deleting items. This app is just paying for slightly less effort. I paid the 10 dollars to get my photos and deleted, no worth a reoccurring cost
