So far this app has solved our import from ebay to shopify work flow issues. Simple interface and works perfect for importing in bulk to drafts in shopify. We can easily locate and edit items before making them live on shopify channels. We have tried many automated apps and fell victim to various API loop issues. Simple is best and recommend this for stores looking to do close quality control on bulk imports rather than relying on too many automated tools. Friendly technical team was quick to respond to inquiries/app function via chat and email. Will continue to use in our store.

The app is working well. I was helped at first via chat. When I couldn't seem to get the hang of what was needed they allowed a phone call with my choice of time and venue. The phone call resolved the issue.

duplicated numerous listings, took listings sold from months ago. It took over 2k when only 370 were active. Support suggest I do more back end work creating IDS or manually deleting items. This app is just paying for slightly less effort. I paid the 10 dollars to get my photos and deleted, no worth a reoccurring cost
