edited on 10/23: Their support team reached out to me and provided me with the latest version. That solved my issues. Since that time, they have been very proactive in reaching out to me and the product has been very useful. Thanks for your help. I was excited when I first got the ap.. Really impressed with how it synced my products. However, the problems were encountered when I needed to sync orders. The order syncing failed and I did not get any help from their support team on resolving it. I reached out twice. Once through the app and another through email. The person that received the email stated he would have someone from support to contact me, but no one did. I am disappointed that I was not able to get it to work.
