Good consumer support and MUCH better than Marketplace Connect if you're transitioning FROM eBay to Shopify. We tried both and MC ended up double-listing all our eBay products, which cost us ~$1k. We haven't tried them since. This app is capturing about 99% of our 10,000+ products, so not PERFECT - but so far it's tracking all our orders and delisting automatically when a product sells on another platform. For the price and with the help they'll provide, we're finding it worthwhile.
