This app is a total lifesaver for my small business. I recently launched my TikTok shop and was totally lost when it came to linking everything to my store, but eBooster makes it all super easy.

The app looks like it’s going to be exactly what I need. It’s simple and straightforward to use. Joyce helped me today and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in forever. He was super patient and walked me through every little detail between Shopify and TikTok. I was super frustrated at the start of the day, but by the end, I was totally happy. I was pretty confused about linking my TikTok to my Shopify store at first, but eBooster took the time to teach me how to do everything perfectly over a 1-on-1 call. The price might seem a bit steep for some, but trust me, it’s totally worth it. Plus, they give you a free trial before you even have to pay. I’d definitely recommend it!

I was blown away by the care and support I got. Every question I had was answered, and the help was next level. Honestly, the support team is fantastic! Joyce helped me get set up with Lightspeed Retail, and after linking everything, the app works great. Syncing orders and inventory is super quick, but it does take a little longer for names and prices. One issue for me is that it doesn't map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so I get a lot of duplicates in my system. Without order syncing, I miss out on some key sales reports I rely on. Every though I'd still recommend this app, just be aware if you're using Lightspeed. I'll probably need to look for another solution for now, but if they can fix the customer profile syncing, I'll be back!

Amazing. I was using a previous app before but as the my orders increased so did the price on the other app to the point where I found ebooster which is more than half the price! I found that ebooster had all the functionality I needed and actually done some of it better and if it didn’t the team where more than accommodating in to implementing what I needed!

Had an amazing experience with eBooster Realtime Inventory Sync. I was stuck trying to link a product, and I just couldn’t figure it out. But the eBooster team was super helpful and went above and beyond to solve it. They really know their stuff when it comes to inventory and product syncing. I didn't want to break the bank on an inventory sync tool, but I also needed something reliable. eBooster has been a perfect fit! The pricing is super reasonable, and I was blown away by the quality of both the product and the customer service. The support team is awesome! Joyce helped me get everything set up with Lightspeed Retail, and once I got everything linked, the app works like a charm. Syncing orders and inventory is lightning fast, though names and prices take a sec. The only downside for me is that it doesn't sync customer profiles with Lightspeed, so I get a ton of duplicate profiles in my system. Because of that, I can't sync orders, and I miss out on important sales reports I need for restocking. So, while I still recommend the app, just keep that in mind if you're using Lightspeed. I might need to find something else for now, but if they fix the customer data sync, I’d definitely consider coming back.

I seriously can't say enough good stuff about eBooster! Their customer service is amazing. I needed help syncing my Shopify with TikTok, and they jumped in right way. The rep was super chill, patient, and really took the time to help me out.

After trying various apps to link my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, this app was the only one that worked perfectly. eBooster is very user friendly and they have the BEST support team that helps you solve issues! They even tells you what to do with some order issues before you reach out! I wish I had found this app sooner. Couldn't recommend more

We cooperate with many influencers on TikTok and it's really a headache for me to manage the sample and gift orders. And I am so happy to have eBooster! It helped us tag all the orders automatically so we can manage all orders in Shopify directly. Thank you so much.

eBooster is super easy to install and integrates well with TikTok shop, which isn't common right now. And the technical help has been amazing. They are quick to answer and very helpful. I'd recommend!

I used Tiktok app and it does not allow me to edit packaging information for shipping. Lost money! :( But eBooster solved this so nicely by setting it up for me! Thank you so much :)
