This app is to connect Shopify through Ebridge with ERP/Accounting systems. It works as expected and enables us to nearly eliminate the manual entry of web orders into our ERP. The implementation team was very helpful in getting things integrated how we wanted them.

I've registered and the info to login was sent to my email "theorically" due I did NOT receive anything, even in spam folder, etc.... NOTHING. Ok.. I've sent a message to support and NO REPLY. So... a totally waste of time.

a very robust integrations app. not easy to setup, but very capable. if your integration requires customization some understanding of APIs and SQL can be a plus, but the consultants do a good job of setting it up for you. ebridge support can sometimes be a little slower to resolve a ticket than i'd prefer. overall, the capabilities of the product make up for the less than perfect support and sometimes complicated setup.

We used Ebridge to automate the integration of our fulfiled Shopify orders into Great Plains. Ebridge completed the integration in less time than we expected and even did some customization for us. We have over 4000 fulfilled orders each month, and this integration will save us countless man-hours and improve our ability to analyze sales and cost of sales by sku. We use eBridge to manage order import between our Shopify Plus and SAP b1 9.1 ERP. The initial integration took approximately 3 months to complete 'iteration 1,' which has since required many customizations to meet our business needs. We don't see this as necessarily an eBridge issue, but more an SAP issue as SAP b1 9.1 is not designed with modern integration needs in mind. Our account representatives have been hit or miss - we've had some that didn't respond for months until we emailed higher-ups in the organization, however some are always happy to discuss new business with you (when we have billable customization requests). We've had a number of customization requests that took months before eBridge could get to it, due to the Dev team's backlog per eBridge - some taking over half a year to get to which was very disappointing. Seems to be getting better in the last six months to a year though. They also just began this year to have some training and webinars on their cloud integration platform, allowing us to make some customizations ourselves, which has been a plus - in the past, we had asked for training and the response was 'we don't really offer that.' Again, things are improving. Their development / tech staff are friendly and knowledgeable when we collaborate on customizations and are responsive to our needs.

We used eBridge Connections for our order integration from Shopify into our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP). They easily accommodated our short timeline and helped ensure that our site launched on time and on-budget.

We used eBridge to integrate our data between Shopify and SAP. We were able to automate the integration of Orders, Inventory and Shipment. This has made keeping track of orders and inventory on our site effortless.

With E Bridge, we were able to connect to our ERP system seamlessly and effortlessly. The connection with our inventory and sales orders just works.

Update 3 years in: Inventory update still not working properly Still can only run a single promotion code at a time New manager - new open support cases Support cases open for 2 months Update Year and bit in: Inventory still not working. Support not supportive. (bang head against desk) Update one year in: Order importing works Order discounts only allows one discount code at a time Inventory update doesn't work properly - support case ongoing 1 month. New account manager good with communications Update 5 months in: Importer in test stages. Inventory issues Poor communication from team as to progress 2 months into integration with NAV System has potential but there has been a lot of project stall. Will update review upon completion of project. Should have gone with patchworks?

Works great for us - reliable and scalable way to get orders into and out of our ERP system (Netsuite) from Shopify. We handle big volume swings at holiday and promotion times and this system keeps up well.
