*Update* --------- Thank you for reaching out and clearing out the cause of the delay. I understood the situation and therefor I have updated the app rating based on your prompt action to respond to my complain. ------------------------ I am not happy with the app as well as with the support. No matter how many times I reach out to them, there will be no response at all even an acknowledge of receiving the inquiry. Please cancel my subscription as I do not want to continue with such service. Note: it will be nice to add feature for seamless subscription cancellation option.
