First and foremost this is a terrible APP. Once you sync products into the APP you don't have the ability to unsync items, you have to wait literally a full day to get them internally to do this. Secondarily, their real customer support team (Not their Live Chat nonsense) is never available during actual business hours. Third, their APP allows you to create a category and within that category you can create rules of which items to sync however if you have multiple brands and you want to use the same TikTok category - that APP forces you to use that TikTok category once per category template so you're basically screwed. Fourth, when they force you to use 1 category template and 1 brands all of the items sync through with the incorrect Tiktok categories and then you have to manually go into tiktok and fix all of the categories and then they say Tiktok will automate this when they dont as you still have to manually go in and update each items tiktok category one by one. Fifth, when creating a category template this APP forces you to select a weight and dimensions for all items within that category as opposed to giving you the option to select to automatically map out the Shipping Weights and Dimensions which resulted in incorrect weights in Tiktok which I confirmed to be a mess in my TikTok account. You would think they would care to address this because that's all this APP should be designed to do, but they actually do not care AT ALL. No one on Live Chat is knowledgeable and they keep giving you the run-around to wait. No one to schedule a live call or video call with. It's just so frustrating that no one cares to address these issues. I downloaded almost every APP out there and this is the only one I can find that allows you to import by rules however it doesn't mean anything at all if they don't fix any of the issues I had re-explained and that they're forcing me to wait for days on end. Their support will probably respond oh we're so sorry etc but that's all to cover up the fact that they still havent arranged a call with me or provided any such support to date and wasted countless hours trying to get their team to fix or addressed since I cant get through an actual non-live chat representative to fix. I am beyond the point of frustration

Here’s what we’ve fixed based on your case: Instant Unsync (released Oct 28): If you have synced products that failed TikTok review, our support team can now reset them immediately without waiting for developer assistance. TikTok Category Logic (released Oct 28): You can now use the same TikTok category across multiple brand templates. Large Product Sync Stability (released Nov 1): We rebuilt the sync system using Shopify’s API so large catalogs work smoothly now. Weight & Dimension Mapping: TikTok and Shopify don’t provide package size data yet, but we’ve reported this issue to both teams and are waiting for updates. Furthermore, we will provide more comprehensive training to our specialists to enable them to better understand user needs.
