They are very responsive and very helpful. I am shocked at how much usability this has and when I reach out there’s always a solution. This is so much better than the main TikTok app. Save so much time.

The support is excellent. I had such great difficulty syncing my products to Tiktok but their support team were superb in dealing with the problem. Response was efficient and thorough. I cant fault the support. The app is the best I have used so far to sync shopify and tiktok. ***** 5 star

This app was so easy to use after you sync 2 or 3 items. It was absolutely seamless and just a click or two and you were all done! I am so glad that we found you for our sports trading card business on TiKTok! Please check us out on TikTok at "The Party Pullz Card Show!"
