At first, I was a little skeptical because I saw only 5-star reviews and thought it might be too good to be true. But after installing and actually speaking with the support team, everything made sense. The support is truly amazing - they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and even guided me step by step on how to get the best setup for my store. What really impressed me is that already in the first days I could see results. Extra revenue started coming in almost immediately, which is rare with apps like this. It’s clear that EcomStar Upsells was built to actually make a difference, not just add another feature to the store. I can say with confidence that I’ll definitely keep using it. Between the results and the outstanding support, this app fully deserves the 5 stars.

Really easy app to use and implement, I did have a slight problem with the free shipping bar but Harel looked into it immediately and resolved it in no time at all, even assisted me with another issue that wasn't anything to do with the plug-in - thank you Harel!
