I'm using the Basic plan and the widget/modal is very user-unfriendly and not customizable. Yes, it works, but it significantly changes the user flow, experience, and overall usage.

It works properly only with the most expensive Shopify plans. If you are at a Basic one, you still can have a working app, BUT the visualization of the widget is without any kind of design...and you can't change it with custom code.
