LTVがECにおいて非常に重要な指標であることは理解はしていましたが、LTV向上のためにどのように分析し、どのようなアクションをすべきかが不明確でした。 ECPowerを導入し、ツールの使いやすさは勿論、手厚いサポートやマニュアルが充実しているということもあり、簡易的に様々な顧客セグメントを作成することができ、分析することが可能になりました。 また一度顧客セグメントを作成すれば、顧客セグメント単位でLTVを管理できるという点も魅力に感じております。 様々なマーケティングツールがある中で、ECマーケターが必ず導入すべきツールだと考えております。
