Derrick and his team are amazing and are always willing to help with whatever our company needs. We run a direct to consumer meat business and use a variety of the FillJoy apps for our various sales channels. Every time we have had any sort of issue of specialty thing that we have needed Derrick and his team are right there answering our millions of questions and coming up with new and improved beta versions of their apps for us to try. We truly wouldn't be able to run our business on a platform like Shopify without the Filljoy apps!

Finally, it is possible to sell products by weight on Shopify! As a small farmer who sells direct to customers, being able to sell by weight is critical. Customers are used to buying meat by the pound, and it simplifies my inventory management. Setup is well documented, and once Catch Weight Order Fulfillment is up and running it's a breeze to use; simply enter the weight in the standard field, the price per pound at the bottom, and it does the rest. The custom fulfillment form has no lag, and works seamlessly within the standard Shopify fulfillment and label printing process. In the past I've had my online store on Grazecart and then Woocommerce, but Shopify with Catch Weight Order Fulfillment is superior to both. Its designs means that all the basic Shopify functionality remains intact, and Shopify, as a platform, has the most robust and intuitive feature set. I'm thrilled that Derrick and his team at Filljoy (who also provide excellent support for their app) have made it possible to sell products by weight.
