I use this app for my store because I sell age restricted items. Its easy to use and I was able to use a custom background, which is awesome. I was able to choose from a couple of different ways for my customer to enter their birth date. I just completed a year with this app and they didn't just auto renew. They asked for me to approve the charges which is great. I'd definitely recommend this app if you sell age restricted items like me. They offer a 17% discount for a yearly subscription so it's $59.88 a year, which is affordable.
