Great app, probably the slickest looking floating badge for reviews on the Shopify app store, customer support very promptly helped me fix an issue with my badge and reduced the size on mobile so it's perfect now and doesn't create clutter. Social proof via google reviews is very important for our store because knowing we also have a physical store with good reviews helps create trust.

This app has zero customer support. I've emailed them maybe 5-6 times and have received no reply (I checked my junk folder). Idk how they have 4.9 stars but my experience is 1 star considering I paid $60, it won't work, and there is no support. Edit: They have figured out their email issue, contacted me, and got the app set up and running with proper sizing on mobile and desktop. Thank you, review modified from 1 to 4 stars.

Easy to use! Had it running within 15 minutes. Actually showing both of my store's google reviews on one Shopify page because it's relevant for our clients.

Die APP funktioniert sehr gut, mir fehlten ein paar Einstellmöglichkeiten. z.B. ausblenden bei Mobilgeräten, verschieben des Widget. Der Support hat mir innerhalb weniger Tage geholfen, Tipps gegeben und nachdem ich es selber nicht hinbekommen habe sogar Hand angelegt und freundlich geholfen! DANKE an Elfsight!

This app is simply phenomenal. Exquisite. Magnificent. One of those apps that you wish someone had told you about the day you started your company. It's so easy to use. You can easily embed it anywhere with one line of code. So many display options (carousel option is elite) and customizable behavior on mobile and desktop. It has many other customizable features and the app is very affordable. I have never had an issue with this app and I have never needed any assistance. It's awesome. Go ahead and get it!

This Google Reviews App was the only one which met my requirements, and I really have to say I'm very happy with it. I wanted to add a close button to the widget and needed help with that from the support. I really have to say, I've never experienced such good support, they helped me add the button and even fixed a problem for me, where the button would not show. I really recommend this app and I will also use other elfsight apps in the future.

Very useful app and easy to install. Looks amazing on my website and the customer service is courteous and professional. I needed the reviews to appear from right to left and in a short time I received a professional response and they fixed my problem. Highly recommend!

Really liked the app and the support is quick and helpful. I had a question about why new reviews were not showing and they replied quickly that it usually takes a day or so for it to appear and it was what really happened. That's reasonable in my opinion. Thank you and congrats to the team.

Using the app for showing my google reviews on my product page, i like the app and how it shows the reviews but somehow new reviews will not be added. already tried reinstalling and making a new widget. Contacted support and waited but seems like support is nowhere to be found here :(
