Response time is very impressive, and the willingness to help and adjust features is huge. Simon is extremely helpful and while the app is not perfect, it's pretty darn good. FYI for any B2B owners, this one recognizes and honors Catalog prices and minimums/increments, which most upsell apps do not. This was huge for us.

We have been using EliteCart for about three weeks now and are very happy with it so far. The onboarding was excellent, and the support team has been both quick and helpful, especially when it came to setting up the app in the best possible way for our store.
