If I could give Simon and his team a 10 out of 5 star rating, I 100% would. These guys are sooo efficient and their app offering is superior to all others we've tried. We have been using EliteCart for about three weeks now and are very happy with it so far. The onboarding was excellent, and the support team has been both quick and helpful, especially when it came to setting up the app in the best possible way for our store. So far, we have mainly focused on the cart experience, where we are already seeing a clear uplift in key metrics such as conversion rate and average order value.
