Really bad experience! An error in the app meant that items that are not tracked in Shopify also showed as out of stock, which we did not discover for a week and subsequently lost a lot of sales! After contacting their support departement, the issue has still not been fixed even days later! The app has now been deleted and replaced with another alternative.

We checked the problem and our button needs to track the inventory to determine whether the product is on sale, but the product does not track the inventory, and our database obtains that the inventory of the product is all negative, so it is judged to be out of stock. I know your opinions and feedback are valid, but please know that we are doing our best to give you a better experience with the app and to help you earn more sales.
