UPDATE: I have had the issue rectified with a new notification rule 'toggle' feature. I appreciate that, thank you for your prompt response. __ Recent update has killed the simplicity this app had - the app now forces email notifications to customers, which I can't seem to be able to turn off. For us, the idea was to track what customers are requesting to help with demand forecasting, then segment these customers within shopify's ecosystem and carry out email marketing from there using our existing brand templates. I don't want another email marketing tool outside shopify's native app
